Have questions about custom products, bulk orders, artwork, turnaround times, shipping, or hosted stores? The answers below explain how Freedomforge Custom Creations handles most projects.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes. Quantity-based pricing may be available for custom hats, apparel, drinkware, engraved gifts, stickers, signs, business printing, and promotional products. Pricing depends on the product, decoration method, options, and order quantity. Available pricing tiers will be shown on eligible products or included in your custom quote.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
Minimum quantities vary by product and production method. Some custom products can be ordered individually, while bulk, specialty, and promotional products may require a minimum quantity. The applicable minimum will be shown on the product page or confirmed in your quote.
Can I provide my own artwork or logo?
Yes. Vector files such as SVG, AI, EPS, or vector PDF files are preferred. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background may also work for certain products. We will review your artwork and let you know if any changes are needed before production.
Do you offer design assistance?
Yes. We can help prepare artwork, make basic adjustments, and create a production-ready proof. Two standard proof-revision rounds are included when applicable. Major redesigns, logo creation, or extensive artwork recreation may require an additional design fee.
Will I receive a proof before production?
A digital proof is provided for applicable custom orders. Please carefully review all spelling, colors, placement, sizing, and product details. Production begins after the proof is approved, payment requirements are completed, and all necessary materials are available.
What is your typical turnaround time?
Standard custom orders are generally completed within 10–12 business days after proof approval and receipt of all required materials. Large bulk orders, specialty products, outsourced products, and event projects may require additional time and will receive a quoted production schedule. Shipping time is not included in the production estimate.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush service may be available depending on our current production schedule, material availability, and the type of project. Rush requests must be approved before the order is placed, and an additional fee may apply.
Do you ship orders?
Yes. Shipping is available for most orders. Local pickup at our Anderson, Indiana shop may also be arranged. Available delivery and pickup options depend on the product and order type.
Do you offer hosted stores for businesses, teams, and organizations?
Yes. Freedomforge creates hosted merchandise stores for businesses, teams, schools, organizations, fundraisers, and approved collaborations. Products, branding, ordering, fulfillment, and access can be configured around the needs of each organization. Contact us to discuss the right store setup for your group.
How do I request a quote?
Complete our Request a Quote form with the product, estimated quantity, deadline, customization details, and artwork you currently have. We will review the project and contact you with any additional questions, recommendations, pricing, and next steps.
