Order Processing Time

Custom Engraved & Apparel Orders: Please allow 5–10 business days for production prior to shipping.

Bulk or Wholesale Orders: May require 10–15 business days depending on order size and customization.

Rush Orders: Expedited production is available for select items. Please contact us at sales.freedomforge@gmail.com for approval and rates before ordering.
Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship primarily via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the most reliable and cost-effective option for your region.

Standard delivery within the continental U.S. typically takes 2–5 business days once shipped.

Tracking information will be provided automatically once your order has shipped.

Freedomforge is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses.
Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Anderson, Indiana, by appointment only.

You will receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for pickup.
Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on item weight, dimensions, and destination.

Orders over $100 (after discounts) may qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.

Oversized or heavy items (such as ammo can gift sets or bulk apparel boxes) may incur additional shipping fees.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. For special international requests or bulk export orders, please contact sales.freedomforge@gmail.com
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Freedomforge is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after carrier confirmation of delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.

We’ll assist with a replacement or carrier claim when possible.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will require additional shipping fees to resend.
