Production & Turnaround Times

Turnaround times depend on the product, quantity, customization method, material availability, and current production schedule. The timeline for your order will be confirmed before production begins.

When Production Time Begins

Production time begins after:

• Your artwork or digital proof has been approved.

• Any required payment or deposit has been received.

• All products and production materials have arrived.

• All order details, quantities, sizes, colors, and customization instructions have been confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends, holidays, shipping time, or supplier delays.

Estimated Production Times

Standard Custom Orders

Most standard custom orders are completed within 10–12 business days after proof approval and receipt of all required materials.

Custom Hats

Custom leather-patch hats are typically completed within 10–12 business days after artwork approval and arrival of the selected hats and patch materials. Large quantities or supplier stock issues may require additional time.

Custom Apparel

Most custom apparel orders are completed within 10–12 business days after artwork approval and receipt of all garments and transfers. Large orders, multiple print locations, specialty garments, or complex sizing requirements may require additional production time.

Custom Stickers & Decals

Custom stickers, decals, and UV DTF orders are typically completed within 10–12 business days after artwork approval and material availability. Specialty finishes, roll labels, large quantities, or complex finishing requirements may require additional time.

Signs & Business Printing

Production times for banners, signs, displays, business cards, brochures, and other printed materials vary by product, quantity, finishing requirements, and supplier availability. A project-specific timeline will be confirmed with your quote.

Laser Engraving

Small engraving projects using in-stock products may be completed within 5–10 business days. Larger quantities, customer-supplied items, specialty materials, and complex engraving projects may require 10–12 business days or a separately quoted timeline.

Promotional Products and Specialty Items

Production time for promotional products, corporate gifts, outsourced items, and specialty products varies by supplier and customization method. A project-specific timeline will be provided with your quote.

Bulk Orders

Bulk-order timelines depend on quantity, product availability, decoration requirements, and supplier lead times. The estimated completion date will be confirmed before the order enters production.

Hosted-Store Orders

Production and fulfillment schedules for business stores, team stores, school stores, and fundraisers are determined by each store’s ordering and distribution setup. Any store-specific schedule will be displayed or communicated to participating customers.

Onsite Engraving and Events

Onsite engraving requires advance scheduling, product selection, artwork preparation, and event planning. Your event date is not reserved until the required agreement and deposit have been completed.

Shipping and Pickup

Shipping time is separate from production time. Carrier delivery estimates begin after an order leaves our shop and are not guaranteed by Freedomforge Custom Creations.

Local pickup may be arranged for eligible orders. We will notify you when your order is complete and ready for pickup.

Rush Orders

Rush service may be available depending on our production schedule, material availability, order size, and project requirements. Rush orders must be approved before the order is placed, and an additional rush fee may apply.

Possible Delays

Supplier inventory, shipping carriers, weather, equipment issues, incomplete order information, artwork changes, and delayed proof approval may affect the completion date. If a significant delay occurs, we will communicate the updated timeline as soon as possible.
