Refund policy

Freedomforge Custom Creations LLC produces custom, personalized, and made-to-order products. Please review this policy before approving a proof or completing an order.

Custom and Personalized Products

Custom, personalized, branded, engraved, printed, made-to-order, hosted-store, fundraiser, and organization-specific products are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds after the customer approves the final proof and production begins.

This includes products featuring:

  • Customer-provided logos or artwork

  • Names, dates, numbers, or personalized text

  • Organization, team, department, or company branding

  • Custom colors, sizes, placements, or product combinations

  • Products produced specifically for a bulk, hosted-store, fundraiser, or specialty order

Proof Approval

When a proof is required, production will not begin until the customer approves it.

The customer is responsible for carefully reviewing:

  • Spelling and grammar

  • Names, dates, numbers, and personalization

  • Logo and artwork selection

  • Product colors and sizes

  • Design placement and orientation

  • Quantities and product selections

  • Any other project-specific details

Approval confirms that the customer has reviewed and accepted the design as presented. Freedomforge Custom Creations LLC is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.

Proof Revisions

Most custom projects include up to two standard proof-revision rounds.

A revision round means one consolidated list of reasonable changes submitted at the same time. Additional revision rounds, major redesigns, artwork recreation, logo cleanup, or substantial changes to the original request may require an additional design fee and may extend the production timeline.

Changing the product, design direction, artwork, quantity, or project scope after work has begun may require a revised quote.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately if an order needs to be canceled.

A cancellation may be approved before materials are ordered, design work begins, a proof is approved, or production starts. Any completed design work, setup charges, special-order materials, payment-processing costs, or other expenses already incurred may be deducted from the refund.

Custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded after the final proof has been approved and production has begun.

Deposits, artwork fees, setup fees, rush fees, digitizing fees, and special-order material charges may be non-refundable once the related work or purchase has begun.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If Freedomforge Custom Creations LLC makes an error or a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

Please provide:

  • The order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photographs of the packaging and shipping label when shipping damage is involved

Keep the product and all packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

After verification, Freedomforge Custom Creations LLC may repair the item, replace it, reproduce the affected portion of the order, issue store credit, or provide a refund when appropriate.

Do not return any product without receiving return instructions or authorization.

Normal Production Variations

Small variations may occur between proofs, digital screens, product mockups, blanks, and finished products.

Minor differences in color, engraving shade, print texture, material grain, patch appearance, product dimensions, or design placement are normal characteristics of custom production and are not automatically considered defects.

We will make reasonable efforts to maintain consistency throughout an order.

Apparel Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct garment sizes.

Because custom and made-to-order apparel cannot normally be resold, sizing exchanges are not available unless Freedomforge Custom Creations LLC supplied a size different from the size ordered.

Please review available size charts before ordering.

Non-Custom Products

Eligible, unused, non-custom products may be returned within 14 days of delivery with prior approval.

To qualify, the product must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging when applicable

  • Free from damage, odors, alterations, or signs of use

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for approved return-shipping costs unless the return resulted from an error by Freedomforge Custom Creations LLC.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Made-to-order apparel and merchandise

  • Hosted-store, fundraiser, team, department, or organization merchandise

  • Food, beverages, coffee, and consumable products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance, final-sale, launch-deal, or discontinued products

  • Special-order products or materials

  • Digital artwork, setup, digitizing, or design services

  • Products damaged through misuse, improper care, or normal wear

Unauthorized Artwork or Customer-Supplied Materials

Customers are responsible for confirming that they have permission to use all submitted logos, trademarks, photographs, artwork, and other content.

Freedomforge Custom Creations LLC is not responsible for claims resulting from unauthorized customer-supplied content.

Customer-supplied products or materials are produced at the customer’s risk. Replacement or reimbursement for customer-supplied items is not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing before production.

Approved Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible.

Financial institutions and payment processors may require additional time to post an approved refund. Shipping charges, rush fees, artwork fees, setup fees, special-order expenses, and work already completed may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Bulk, Wholesale, and Specialty Orders

Bulk, wholesale, contract, event, and specialty projects may include additional terms in their quote, invoice, agreement, or proof approval.

When project-specific written terms differ from this general policy, the project-specific terms will apply.
